Is Using 1 a stupid name for URL for this Ecommerce Site?

I registered a long time ago several sites like www.1Opera.com with a 1 in front of the key word. I'm now thinking of using this as a domain for selling opera music (which I know nothing about!). Am I better using another URL name or does this not make a difference?

i setup an ecommerce site a while back that has the number 1 in the middle of the domain name which contained keywords,,,and hey,,,its not doing any business :-(

But i know that could be for many reasons but i do believe that using a number in a URL is a bad idea IMHO

I don't think it would have anything to do with your domain name having a number in it. It should have more to do with the products you sell and the way you market it.

If you market the site properly it should do ok and make you some money.
