Is url looking like www.pokerqw.com/pokerbonuses.php best for google optimization?

If i make all urls looking like this for each keyword will it increase my SERP?

 

Keywords in urls only give a relatively minor boost (if any I think) but if you want to make sure - you would be better to write it as www.pokerqw.com/poker-bonuses.php

That way - the search engines will actually read it as a keyphrase i.e. "poker bonuses" as opposed to a single word "pokerbonuses"
