    Hi

I'm wondering, does my website will have a better rank on Google for a keyword if I update it many times a day instead of 1 time a week ??

Fresh content is a factor that helps regarding search engines. Other factors like inbound links from quality, related sites plays a factor as well. Adding new content to new pages which increases the overall size of the website helps. Just changing the words around on your home page probably will not do much for your ranking by itself.

Depends upon your niche and your competition. Sites like News portals, Video sites etc needs regular & frequent updates to rank well where as a company website do not need regular updates. Also if your competition is updating regularly then you must also do it.

Google loves regularly updated fresh unique content and links.

Exactly. 3-5 post a day would improve your site freshness and eventually some of those posts will reach first page of Google SERP

i guess constant change of the content of the site will make your site flagged by search engines as frequently changing thus they will visit the site, specially if the contents are worth visiting and not a spam.

Usually what I notice is that whenever there's a ping and update, other keywords which I use to rank on the search engine will move up a few notch. And yes, increasing frequency of updating does help.
