Is unique ip important ?

    Hi all

    First of all i would like to say hello to everyone, im a new user of this forum.

    I plan on building a new site, but i have a few questions:

    Do i need a unique ip for my domain, or how does this affect pagerank ?
    How long does it take for a site to get a pagerank ?
    Does age of domain affect pagerank ?

    A unique IP will not affect your PageRank.

    PageRank updates occure somewhat randomly.

    The age of the domain does not affect PageRank, but new pages on a domain take some time to be given PageRank.

    In general, however, PageRank is not that important. What you need to worry about are SERPS. :)
