is ucash.in a legit site?

i came across this site called ucash.in they pay you for banner impressions and interestial ads (i think that is what they are called) is it a good site?

 

i began to use it a few weeks ago, but i have not reached the minimum payout yet, but be carefull because they only pay 20% of of the rates showed in the site (i think it's 2$ p/1000 it means you only get 0,40$), you get higher rates if you refferal someone.
I think they're better then usercash.
