Is Twitter so effective for marketing?

    Some months back I made 5 accounts and the biggest of them holding over 11.000 followers. I have not marketed them well though.

    Twitter is good, you can buy advertising on it or just get loads of followers and then post your links.

    Twitter is ok for traffic but i don't think its good for marketing purpose. Traffic from twitter never convert for me.
