    You might get traffic from Twitter but, the question is, are they buying traffic? Traffic is next to useless if visitors don't convert into buyers.

    Yes, Twitter is very much helpful to get traffic. The amount will depend on your policy. If you can make your twit interesting & unique you will get more & more traffic.
