    There are free twitter analytics services but they are not official related to twitter. The official tool is named Twitter Web Analytics and it seems to have a free dashboard.

    Hello. What do you mean under Twitter Analytics? I did not hear about that. What this tool is about. I heard about Google Analytics. If there is some tool, I guess it will be paid, not free.
