Is TwilightPoint.com valuable?

I recently purchase the domain and launched my second website (still some things need to be done), I'm just wondering if what would be it's value since it's under a hot niche?

I think it would be less valuable because these things die down and soon people will lose interest.

if you want to maximize the earning from it - I would say quickly develop a site on it and sell it.

Sell it before people loose interest in it

I don't know if $50 now is enough. I'll probably wait a couple of months and generate revenue, traffic, etc. and sell in the mid $xxx if possible.
