    If your traffic is coming from direct site then it's ok. No need to worry about that.

    I Dont Think So Because U Are Exchanging Traffic And Exchange Traffic Is Against Adsense Policy

    Bes if you think the traffic is legitimate, not came from unwanted traffic like pop ups or manipulation or redirect, it should be fine.
