Is triple phrasing or longtail good for search or bad?

    long tails key phrases in the title tags is a old tactic do any of you use them and get results?? or should this be a no go Imean like this "Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil Supplements":eek: or should it be like this "Fish Oil and Pharmaceutical Supplements" please list your ideas ............ ;D

    shoot for more long-tail keyphrases for your title tags (about 80 char) then supplement the titles with your meta description and header tags (especially h1)

    Targeting long tail keywords is a good idea as it means a lot less competition. :)

    I dont think that title would really matter being that long....but then I dont think it would matter if you broke it up and put some words as a H1 tag in your text, as said above?
