I am checking my stats for clickbank I know they are clicking to the order page but they are not clicking through to complete the sale.. based on my stats I know they are clicking to checkout just to see the price.. what are they looking for? What do they want? I have made a few sales so.. but its fustrating...but what could be the problem?
You might want to give us an idea on your conversion percentage. How many people are actually viewing the sales page and converting? How many unique visitors are you getting and what percentage click to the sales page? Then step back and take a close look at your own site and compare it to the sales page. Do you get them excited before they go to the sales page? Do you and the product owner have similar styles and provide a similar message about the product? Have you prepared them for the price?
Are you just sending people to the CB sales site, or are you building a list and sending the CB produt to them? If you not building a list and just driving traffic to an offer, I highly recommend building a list, building a relationship and then sending them a product recommendation.
This is the thing I know that you send them something for free to get them on your list. But after that what do I send them? I sure don't want to bombard them with offers.. its just that I don't know what to send them.. Where do you get this stuff?
If your website is launched recently then it is OK but if your website was launched few years back then there is big thing to worry.
You can create content that delivers real value to your list yourself and every once in a while refer them to a product. Or you can go to a site like Odesk or Freelancer and hire someone to write your emails for you. Or you can buy ready made PLR content for your chosen niche.
I would also suggest to start building a list. I started out sending traffic straight to offer pages, and like you, I had big fall-off rates at the order page. Building a list is the most effective way of affiliate marketing because you can also count on the lifetime value of the customer and not just a one-time sale.
This typically happening because of the traffic quality to your website. I guess the traffic which you are sending to your CB products are not interested in your product. Hence they are not buying the actual products. Test with some other traffic sources, and note down the differences. Based on your data you have to plan an appropriate traffic blueprint for your website.
What niche are you in? Non im niche tend to respond more to less emails. If you can deliver quality you can reap rewards for long time.
Took the words right out my month! A lot of people are not comfortable buying products especially if they're not 100% comfortable and confident with the relationship between you and them
Hi, I'm in the same boat as you and therefore I have now decided to build bots (I'm a programmer) that do the market research, customer and affiliate lead finding, link building and submission etc. for me. If you or anybody here are interested then PM me and I'll disclose what bots I'm currently building. Also, I'm on the lookout for good bot ideas and so if anyone has any good ideas then PM me. Thanks
