is tradedoubler still alive/active/paying?

    I just noticed that the last merchant they signed as per "Latest program info" was at the end of 2007 :eek: (for UK programs). That's kind of weird. Does anybody can describe experince with them lately? Also do they have any SOAP/API to download stores and offers?
