    Halloween falls on Monday, October 31, 2011. It might be PayPal holiday, but not confirmed.

    Yeah, i think , it is...
    Because i am trying to contact the representative of PayPal but the Robot Lady is saying that please contact in Business hours.
    thats why, i came to DP to confirm..


    I was given the deadline of 31st to Respond to the Dispute...
    So what can i do, if it is holiday?????

    No, I was on the phone with them this morning but I had to wait ~15 minutes to get in contact with a representative.

    No. Paypal goes by US bank holidays.

    Only days they should be closed are:
    New Year's, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
