Found this theme and it seems to be heavy on transitions and all that. Ajax I believe. Can someone check if it's good for seo. I'd like to be sure all photos and text would be easily indexed and followed by google http://themeforest.net/item/oshin-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/9545812

In CMS best on is wordpress development only , SO dont worry about your Question , but added SEO plugins
The site ahead contains malware You don't need to worry cause most of the time people use plugins for wordpress SEO. So you can easily use any plugin you want.
I guess the demo on themeforest got infiltrated, so it's not allowing a preview in Chrome/Firefox. Google is getting better at loading javascript and rendering it, but you should still avoid it if it obscures content or links.
Nah, Firefox uses Google database and I am assuming competitors just reported the theme to Google, basically blacklisting it. Happens a lot! It's similar to negative seo some can do on your site.
Can you guys please check the following demo: It doesn't seem to have any warnings, but similar in the way it works: http://themeforest.net/item/wynnful...photography-theme/full_screen_preview/6680560
Use Wordpress SEO by Yoast or AIO I hope it'll help no matter which theme you are using. But make your page keyword optimized. And it is easy to do with Yoast SEO plugin that I am currently using.
Yoast plugin on it's own won't do much if a theme isn't coded nicely. some of ajax can hide a lot of relative text from google robots for example.
Want to add that often they make accent on what CMS or website builder is the most SEO friendly but don't understand that also the huge meaning has how well website is built. Experienced developers understand, for example, how to reduce weight of pages, reduce the number of calls to the database when you open these pages. Only this will significantly speed up a website - and the speed of a website as it's known is taken into account by Google when ranking. There are tons of other similar examples - just need to understand how it works. My article regarding this matter: http://www.webbuildersguide.com/website-builder-articles/builders-for-seo/
It looks SEO friendly, then again it has about 15 different layouts. But the code is written pretty nice, you have some built in microformats as well... What kind of competition you looking at?
The Loading Speed of Website will decide whether wordpress theme is good or not. Also it should be mobile friendly.
