1. Yes, I don't see why not. It even has a border. 2. Yes, you are allowed to encourage your visitors to download Firefox from your AdSense refferal Ad, because it's CPA not CPC. 3. Yes, of course it's legal! What you can't do is mislead your visitors.
All of it is legal, because none of those are misleading. They're perfect examples of ways to make money with Adsense. Good luck!
