Here is the site in question:

    all-about-home-improvements.com

Just from looking at the site, it's your average looking made for AdSense site. However when you view the source the AdSense code has been encoded using JavaScript. Is this against AdSense TOS? Is he allowed to do this?

Seems to be keyword 'rich', and when you refresh the page, it pulls up a random content article, not specific to the page's name or title.

hmm..... I've received 'fix-it' emails, from G, for sites less 'unorthodox' than this.

    ;)

    P.S. I can't check the G-cache of the site.

Wrong with it refreshing a new page.
All I have seen by refreshing it over and over is about home improvements.
Lots of sites do that, mine do.

The "Past Articles:" highlighting Google Ads is considered a violation.
