Is this url worth enuff to buy & build a site ?

Hi


i just registered a domain name which has 15 letters in it and its getting close to 50k search hits in Google alone , can i develop a site for future or sell the domain name for quick cash.

Is it OK to to buy domain names which are most searched in Google and other search engines ?

Since the domain name which i registered is quite unique but its a 3 word domain name and has 15 letters in it.
what are my chances after developing the site to drive more traffic frm google, which already has 50k monthly search for my domain.

 

Sorry I really don't know what you are asking.
You can register any domain you want.

 

The keywords may get 50,000 search hits but you won't get any unless you develop the site with related content, get backlinks, and get the site on the first search page.

i want to develope a site for the url coz there is not other url even related to it when i searched on google with my registered url .

all i wana know is that if i develope a site will it get atleast half of the search result traffic to my site considering that there is no other url which even has one word from the one which i have registered. so i blv the chance of my developed site being on page 1 in google is more with some effort thru backlinks and articles ?

 

It is impossible to give an answer to your question without looking at the domain in question.

 

one of my friend who bought his life's fiirst domain on indo usa nuclear deal(which had about 1 million searches at some time), he still finds only himself in the visitor stats data, Unless you do seo it doesnot make sense...

I'd honestly just attempt to get more traffic to the site, as selling it isn't as much money over-time.

 

Does it have 50K exact searches or broad searches?
Is it a "money" type niche that is easy to monetize?
Whats the advertising competition?

Just because you have a match for a long tail keyword doesn't make it automatically valuable, 15 characters is pretty long.

 

Ok exact global monthly search shows 35k and due to a hype of that niche in july month the global search raised to 165k and i dont know how to find CPC , key word tool not showing any cpc for rhis domain.

 

ok lets assume you have a domain called fasebook.com
and since FACEBOOK.com is so popular site on this planet earth, so just a 1% typo brings traffic to ur site.

So what ? You cannot create a site like FACEBOOK. If you can't develope the content than its worthless.

 

Just make a site build links to it and see what happens if its getting that many searches its obviously worth the time you have to put in.

 

I think it would be more clear if you can reveal the domain name which you registered. There is no risk in it since you already got the domain in your name.

Is it 'exact' searches, or 'broad'?
and without the domain, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to appraise it,

 

i understand but the domain which iv registered is 3word domain which shows more results and the same domain is also available in 2 word without the 3rd word, but it shows less results. im talking about exact keyword search results.

thats why till i build this site , i dont wana reveal it and i might also register the 2 word domain
