Is this type of <a href> tag seo friendly?

    instead of

    Is this type of <a href> tag still seo friendly?

    they are both the same. in some XML or CMS systems the " tag is not allowed but with a ' .
    still all browsers render them to be ".
    so no problem there

    Sure Both will work. XML is more seo friendly. All brower supported to XML.

    but if you want more seo friendly version of your link
    ad *rel="tag"* before closing tag (>) :)
