    Hi,

I know there are 2 options available to get verified in paypal.
    1.By credit card
    2.By paying money.

But one of friend got verified with out doing above points. One of expert said about this was ..the paypal account can also be verified by means if a seven
verified users paid to his account then that account will be verified.

    Is this true?

I got verified after I added my credit card details.
They will charge you somewhere around 1-2$ and put it in your paypal account.. They dont take money to make you verified.. ;)

they charge on CC only to confirm if the same is your and there is some security code that you need to enter, you will see that on ur CC statement..

you can only verify your account with a valid CC running on the same name as your paypal account..

verification by bank only works for US citizens

You can only verify your paypal account either by credit card or by bank account (depends on you country). No any other way available for this.

That is correct. You need a real credit card to verify your account.

I believe or at least it used to be, the other way. They drop two amounts of more than 10 cents and less than 25 cents into your account, you make note of what they are, and repeat it back to them in a form on their site.
