    -Freash Install Of Windows XP Professional with SP2 and all updates
    -2 USB PORTS With A USB HUB 3 PORTS

    says he has over $400 in it.

    $70 that's like €50 its for nothing really.
    Its low spec so i suppose it depends on what you intend on doing with it..
