Is this too much link building?

Just submitted 20 articles over the past 2 weeks to directory, but I also have 3 x press releases to send out, am I best to leave these for a week or so?

Will google see this as un natural as I have been building a huge amount of links using ezine articles (60 per month).

What's your thoughts, this is for anyone who can offer some construction advice. By the way nothing to do with links below.

Dude - don't worry about it unless you're getting 500+ backlinks in one day, or 200+ daily.

BTW: your articles will likely have no conversion unless they all are unique - no copies.

I don't think that is too much link building, considering the fact that those articles submitted will also not be approved instantly. But If I had that many articles, I would try to submit atleast twice per week. Then you can regularly check on which articles are approved during the week, and you can either bookmark them or promote them by the end of every week. This way, you're not only promoting your site directly, you are also promoting the articles that had your links.

I'd say your fine, wouldn't want to do too much more.

Keep up the hard work, it'll pay off eventually!

20 articles in two weeks and 3 press releases is not only completely natural, it is on the very low end.

If you are publishing articles only to get backlinks you shouldn't publish them all in ezinearticles.
Google gives more credibility to links from different IP address. For example, is much better send those 20 articles to 20 different article directories than to send them all to ezine.
However, if you are interested in getting more traffic, Ezine is the best place by far.
BTW. Instead of publish my articles only, I get 50% and publish in my own blog. I get much more traffic and make my website look really good.

That should be well under any trigger for too many links.

It's best to run a consistent regime of x per week instead of hitting in one go like that. Successful link building requires an ongoing effort. What you have said above is not too much, but I'd try to do they same every week for 6 months.

I feel it is a bit too much for new website. If your website is an established one then this should not be a problem.

    Factors to consider
    > PR
    > Domain age
    > Serps
    > Your backlinks.

I have done as many as 30 links in one day with no problems...each and every day. You should be fine.
