    I had a hard time finding the content lol

    You really should run the one paragraph of content through a spell checker.

    too many ads i think. i recommend to place one content unit and 1 link unit for your page. :)

    I would say there is too little text that Google will treat the site as on-content-driven. It is not allowed under TOS.

    I believe Google only says you can only have 3 ad units on a page if I'm not mistaken? You may have to take off a few of those so you don't get banned.
