I own Techindya.org.

And Techamerica.org is the registered TM, so is there any TM violation in this?

I am sure there is no trademark issue here otherwise every single domain which has the word "tech" in it (like TechCrunch, TechXplode, etc.) will have issues.

Whats about indya.com? INDYA.com is a trademark and quite similar to my name but there are many other sites on the web using INDYA in their domain name like indyarocks.com.

am i safe?
