This story has just broken in my home city of Hull. A local web designer (who's website rivals our local papers website) has been exposed as a filthy scum as he runs "legal" adult websites. Wow. http://www.thisishullandeastriding....-business/article-1883453-detail/article.html
How are you a "filthy scum" if you run adult websites? It's a business that is desired by many. I don't like sport website, but does it mean that people who build or run them are "filthy scum"?
I hope he gets some (good) publicity out of this. Looks like most of the comments are in his favour, as they should be.
Having read the article and most of the comments, it appears that in trying to run the man down, the newspaper has in fact given Mr.Smith... lots of sympathy and his work... free publicity, while collecting lots of bricks for themselves in the process! Regards, RightMan
That happens all the time in politics - Your main goal in politics is to destroy the other person credibility.
Looks like they turned off comments. I can't see them for that story anymore. That story is an obvious smear attempt. Whoever wrote it had an agenda and I think most people are smart enough to realize that. Only the most simple-minded, conservative individuals would have their opinions swayed by this story. I wish I could post a comment. I had an eloquent rebuttal to the story. I've been a professional porn slinger for over a decade. I chose to be forthcoming about my business interests to anyone asking about my experience and even listed my many years with "high-traffic adult websites" on my online resume. I've done countless projects for non-profit organizations, a campaign website for a county sheriff, local and international businesses, even a giant pizza chain. All of this was done while being completely open and honest about what I do. The key for me is to never be ashamed of what I do and never concede to doing anything wrong. I do what I do. If you don't like it, take your business elsewhere. Chances are if some T&A offends you, you aren't the kind of customer I want to deal with anyway.
