Everything is fine except social bookmarking. These sites do not allow to book your own sites. Better will be open multiple account with different ips and link you sites Other way is to social book articles which give links back to your site.
I like the dedication you have in your plan. Just be careful with the email and social bookmarking ones. Cut down on the social bookmarking. And if you really want to have a fairly consistant newsletter, ensure good content, and don't send them too often, once or twice weekly should suffice
