After searching the Internet,(Think!) I finally found that Bank!! Its AXIS BANK!! http://www.axisbank.com/personal/accounts/zerobalancesavingsaccount/Zero-Balance-Savings-Account.asp I just wanna confirm that I am correct before proceeding to open an account in Axis Bank... So guys,what's your experience with axis bank? Is it secure to verify Paypal via their CC/DC? And Is this the Bank that was mentioned in this thread??
