is this the Fastest Way to get banned ?? no i dont think so! i took this snapshot few months ago, i thought its funny, and i saved it in my files, and today i saw it again, and guess what the site still running adsense ads. just take a look ... and laugh
It is not allowed but if the site is making 10 cents a day, it does not appear in the Google's radar screen

if anyone report this site to adsense then he will ban definitely, otherwise adsense does not check every site manually, so thts y he is safe still

Of course that is against of google TOS. Don't ask someone to click your ads. You can read in their TOS. That is forbidden
