Is this the BEST time to get PR for new sites?

    It depends on alot of factors. I have a website that I was expirementing with for PR and was able to get it at a PR2 in less then a month. Its all based on your incoming links and the PR on that site. In my own opinion the age of the site only helps but will not be the determining factor in your PR rank.

    As you can see no content and very few backlinks but the PR is at a PR2.

    Actually it is possible, but I think that if you get high PR for this update it will decrease during next update, cause of your site is new, but anyway try..:)

    What you see from google is ussually more of a history report than anything. Some people have said that they recieved pr after a few days but I don't think it is very likely.

    I think a site would have to be at least a month or so old to get PR.

    Agreed, aged sites can have higher chance of PR increase, IMO. :)

    What about the sendboxing? :confused:

    I thought, google puts all new sites in so called "sendbox" for anywhere between 3 months to 1 year.

    Question is, do PR get updated in sendbox period?
