Is this the best thing to do with my non re-printable articles

    Hi,

I am putting articles on my website and don't want no other site to reprint them. So I was wondering would it be best to have this at the end of every article and have it in italic:

© domainname.com - This article is not allowed to be re-published

The reasons why I am concerned about this is because I know that there is alot of free reprintable articles on the web and these days because of this there is rather alot of sites that seem to put articles on their site even the ones which are not free and reprintable.

So having this will make them more aware that these articles are not for reprint.

I don't want them to be reprinted as I am paying good quality authors to write these unique and original articles for me.

Yes, that's probably the best you can do. The sort of people who download your articles to copy or print them aren't going to be deterred by the little copyright symbol - they'll just copy or print them regardless - then remove your copyright mark. It is a sad fact that you always get someone who thinks the anonymity of the internet makes it acceptable to steal other people's content.

And of course, you can use Copyscape for checking whether someone is using your articles.
