Is this the best AdSense placement I can get?

    Is this the best AdSense placement I can get on my site? I've been having very poor CTR (< 1%) and was trying to increase my CTR. Anything more I can do to blend the ads or help my CTR?

    Nobody can tell you that for sure, there is not formula. It depends from site to site, you really need to do tests.
    Make a placement and test if for like 2 or 3 weeks.
    Change to another and do the same.
    Compare results. ;)

    PS: Your placement looks ok to me and the ads are well blended.
