    dont no about successful but thats a really really good start, i would recommend you got a new theme/skin for your forum instead off the default vbulletin.

    but round off appluse, great start and keep at it and you will soon see it take off

    How can i change my skin for example i need a soccer skin and why is it better to change the skin ? :)

    yea id also say its really a good start. for 11 days you have 10 active members. not bad. did you promote it or members came from search engines?

    I wouldn't consider any forum successful just because of an initial high post count. If you are still seeing similar numbers in 6 months then you might be onto something though. Definitely off to a good start! Good luck! :)

    I promoted it,but no search engine shows it,i cannot believe my forum is called SOCCER/FOOTBALL WEB PORTAL.I wrtie this but neither googgle nor yeahoo shows it !I do not no why

    Well,i have never paid for any posters.I advertise it on forums etc.This is the moment to ask u if u have any free time,sign in.Even if u do not want to post-don`t.But more members will register if they see that more people have reigstered.Ok?

    Cant you give me some tips mate.

    how to find members to join forums and be active.
    I have started one recently (5 days) and have nearly 300 posts and 20+ members.

    But most are my own posts and friends anyways.

    although its good a start..

    the one thing that counts too being successful is that you have a regular and i mean it regular users who post there..whether they be ure friends or else..coz i have experienced this..i asked a lot of my friends nad htey posted initally later..they thot it was over..and stopped posting..

    so go for a reliable amount of users who are repeatedly coming..thats what counts

    My members do not stop posting and i made 3 of theme moderators so they promised they will advertise my forum and won`t stop posting

    thats good..usually when a forum is well set and stable with a lot of users who become closely knit' ppl become loyal to it...thats how it works..

    10 new users today.I saw my forum was uploaded on 13th of April so for 12 days i have 23 users and nearly 900 posts + 3 moderators who just cannot stop posting.I am overjoyed for now ;) :D
