    These seems to be a bot message, Plus the heave English used looks like re-written via some crazy automated app. I have got some of the posts like these in some days with different accounts and different websites.

    Yeah it's definitely spam, just a sneaky version of it.

    Another common tactic is that they'll respond saying something like "yeah I agree" or "Thanks for the info" and then try to sneak in a link at the end so you won't notice...
