Is this SPAM ? problemos in my heados

    i have a list of client but my autoresponder curropt ( autoresponder unlimited ) when i tried to change the broadcasting time...the list is with me and i wanted to add them to my new autoresponder list..

    1. should i use the mass email sender software to notify them ? such as super email sender
    2. what is the best software if i want to do that ?
    3. Does this considered SPAM ?
