Is this skyscaper ad against TOS?

    I would like your opinions on the placement of the skyscraper ad to the right of my forum. Is the placement against TOS? I'm a newb so no live linking for me yet. :rolleyes:

    you have to change the title of the box from just some ads to Sponsored Links or Advertisements

    Funny, I just did that before I read your replies. Thank for the input.

    My main concern was placement next to a video or a image. So I'm within the TOS?

    Yup you're fine.

    The ad is encased by a div with a clear border.

    Just a suggestion: change the background of the ads to be grey like the box there. . . that way it will blend in more and look like part of your site ;)
