Is this sites violates the adsense TOS?

    Pls check http://www.lookforav.com/files/ whether adsense in this site violates google's TOS. It searches download link from rapidshare.The file is hosted in another server.

    Linking to anything illegal contravenes their TOS and could be suicidal as far as the Big G is concerned.

    Linking to illegal sites that contain pirated stuff will get you banned from adsense very quickly so I will advise you to stay away from such a combination and try other services that allow you to link such content :)

    The script is using google search engine to collect the urls. If we linking it no matter i think google is encourage to search warez via social sharing. I have seen several websites runinig this script with adsense morethan 3 months.Still they are live.
