I have an idea to develope a great and very simple site. The site will not take a lot of work and the investment I will need to put into it I can't see being any greater than about £150. I can get a good domain which matches my top key word and what the site is all about although I can not get a .com I can only get a .info .org or a .co.uk. Having done a small amount of keyword research it shows that the priority term I would be aiming to rank for get based on google adwords a global monthly search volume of 35,500 visits and the advertiser competition is high. Although I know the industry well and the site I could create would take over any others out there in terms of quality and presentation. Other sites do contain what I would be looking to produce but I have found no sites dedicated to what I am going to be doing. Let me use an example (there a lot of singing sites with a "voice techniques" section but no voicetechniques.com websites out there dedicated to voice techniques) The only way I could make money from this site, is through advertising so what I am saying really is based on the above figures would you think its time well spent? EDIT: One more thing. I could market the website massivly on youtube as it will be video based!
