Hey, Just out of interest, the owner of the site says that this site is worth at least $9,000, I am not sure though, what do you think? diabetesforum.com It gets around 200 uniques a day Seems a little steep to me.
May it higher or lower than that price. Each domain value different price. So which one should we follow...
Yes but its a medical niche site with 800 members, That means adsense ads will be higher click rate because medical is worth more, the domain is perfect for the target audience and there are alot of existing topics.
websites are usually priced less than they are worth, it's only a site. programs are usually priced more than they are worth. it's a program.
Maybe the site owner doesn't want to sell it too soon, if I were to give up a site that I really like I'd give out a rediculous amount like that.
at the moment its not worth that much, but it has potential for sure If you can develop it, then you may go for it
$9k for 200 uniques a day is very expensive. There some blogspot blogs that get more uniques per day than that.
It's a nice domain, but I couldn't justify spending $9k on a site only generating 200 uniques/day. Ballpark figure would be $4-5k
