Is this site using Adsense according to TOS?

    I came across this site today www.onlinebarcelonaguide.info.

    Not much info on the site, but plenty of ads.

    Is that OK according to Adsense TOS?

    It is ok with AdSense TOS. But may not be ok with visitors.

    Agreed. They are obviously going for the minimalist approach, which might get them a few clicks but is unlikely to get return visitors. MFA springs to mind.

    these types of websites work very well with generic domain names, not so much with two+ word domains.
