Is this site on joomla?

    question 1:I want to know that do you have any way to check if the site is on joomla or not.

    This is the site:
    smartshanghai(.)com

    Please check and let me know.I shall be very thankfull to you.

    question 2: if it is, then i want to know how to crete and which template and plugins to use.

    If you know the answer of question 1 only, its ok, please tell me, its urgent.

    Nope, it is not Joomla. It looks like a custom made one, but can also be build on top of some framework or some other cms or something.

    not a joomla site, the file structure is not from joomla. No admin interface. It looks like custom html

    This website was build using PHP, not on joomla. For More details go to Builtwith(.)com and paste the website url you want to check then you will come to know the platform of the website.
