I'd say you won't get accepted into any of the major cpa networks. From reading your website i can tell english is not your first language. It is hard to read your website and even understand what your saying. I suggest you hire a article writer to write articles for you.

 

I think cpalead will accept your site.

i think the first is good enough. but you must keep it be more clean. theme is ok but the font is something you should consider to change.
and yes, you should bring more traffic so. lol. cpalead is good to go, they easy to join my own experiences
