Just curious, it's not my site.

    Code (markup):
I ran across it back in June, and the wayback machine shows they've had this setup since about December last year. My first hunch was that it's against their policies. That was about 6 months ago, I recently found myself back on the site and saw that they're still using adsense...

Here's where I thought the violated the policies,
    1. Pornographic images next to adsense, obviously
    2. No content on the pages, just images
    3. Hundreds of thousands of copyright images scanned from books make up this site
    4. Adsense close to navigation, probably a lot of accidental clicks.

I noticed their alexa rank is in the 200's, so here's my question... Does Google turn a blind eye once you get to a certain point in growth? Or does this site fall through a loophole in the policies? In the top 200 site in traffic probably ain't no small chunk of change.
