Is this site breaking TOS?

    I would probably use it as a reference to create my own, it is always nice to have a model to work from...

    btw, I didnt realize you could view js, thats why I didnt realize right away that the source could be helpful after I had looked already...

    little by slowly I will get there. :)

    Boy are Google one confused company!

    Drawing attention to an advert is what ALL advertisers want!!
    Companies spend billions on copywriters trying to acheive
    that aim.

    If I place a well-written targetted Adwords ad I *want* interested
    prospects to see it...not for it to be hidden away on the page.
    If the surfer isn't interested they won't click on it...but at least
    they've seen it.

    I agree that publishers should never encourage visitors to click
    on ads but that is *very* different to bringing ads to peoples
    attention.

    Problem is Google, like Microsoft, Ebay and PayPal are rules
    unto themselves and answer to no-one.

    You do realize this thread is over 100 days old right? That might be why you do not see any images (at least not anymore).
