    I see 7 units. They could use some adsense tool to this. I wonder is this is ok .

    It seems that they use a javascript for this.
    Most likely they are a premium publisher and are allowed by Google to ad more ads on their site.

    If you are not premium this is definitely against Google TOS

    Wonder how they do it. If regular people, like us, have 4 advertisments adsense automatically displays only three.
