While i am surfing a the internet i saw a site http://www.365jobs4u.com/ which having 102,000 results of its own on google http://www.ongoingprofit.com/idevaffiliate is their sub devision for publishers their, publishers can take membership and then theywill get addcode and the 365jobs4u.com says that will pay 0.20 $ for each click is this site a scam please help me and this will be helpful for others also they can take a look here before taking membership their banner example is as below <img src="http://www.ongoingprofit.com/idevaffiliate/banners/idev_sample_banner_468x60.jpg">

Sorry, but I don't understand. In your first post you ask about this site and 45 min later you already have 28$ in your account with them? Two questions: 1. Is the money in your hand or can you see it in a browser-window? 2. If they pay you, they need to earn money. How much will they earn if google has kicked their adsense account?
