How search engine sees this URL .../samsung+mobile/ Does SE's see this like 2 words or one word ? I now that will be more friendly to put .../samsung-mobile/
You do see results with keyword+keyword but they are usually in a querystring, I have not spotted that method in a url structure yet though, so I would recommend going with the flow and use the hyphen.
I am not sure about the + I havent read anything about how spiders would treat it, but I am guessing it would be treated like the = and ? I would go with -
didn't want to make new topic so my question is: is page's url like 255.255.255.255/public/123456.html friendly for google? Because I can't think of other reason why my site not in search results. I have submited site a year ago and repeated it month ago. The first page has normal url like www.mysite.com And site isn't in english so it has no competition in main keywords. I can find my site in google only if I search www.mysite.com Can link building help in this situation or I should find out what google doesn't like in my site first?
Hi zokiii, I am assuming that you are generating the directory dynamically.. Search engine may or may not see them.. if they see them, then it would be treated as two words, if not, well... In the SEO point of view, static directory like samsung-mobile is always better. You may want to read up some Google notes on dynamic pages indexing. Hi sencis, May i know the keywords you targeting? Reading from your URL, i couldn't figure out what is your page about so try naming your links with relevant keywords (of course, this is still not enough..), unless you are targeting '255' Back to your questions, there are several reasons why your site is not in the result page.. but at least your site is indexed And yes, having a higher PR (with good inbound links) does help your site for SERP but relevant content is still the key. Hope it helps
site is about production from wood, like doors, windows etc. But I am targeting these words in my language, not in english.
This tool may give you some idea of your current positioning based on different languages Is yours in the top 100?
no, not in top 100 But I tried my second url which is in 9. position in google and that tool showed that page is not in top 100... So I don't know how that tool really works...?
