Is this SEO work properly?

I have already using SEO wordtraker for detecting or searching keywords. But i don't understand is this properly working? Have you any idea about that?

 

I think you should do better keyword research with the use of Google Keyword selector tool also

You can never bet on any keyword tool for accurate results. Wordtracker paid tool is good one. For free use google adwords keyword tool and your brain to get started...

When doing keyword research, do you want to find keywords in regards to the niches you're using with more results or less results? Like X has 10k and Y has 110k which would be the better to use?
