I've had 6 impressions and 2 clicks = only resulting in $0.19cents.

You've had 6 impressions for 19 cents, if you had that for a large site you'd be a millionare (unless you clicked on your ads)

 

You can do nothing about the ctr and cpm..just concentrate on your content and web promotion so as to have high traffic..once you have high traffic you will surely earn more

Well, you can't tell much from there because I believe the stat that you mentioned is only for a certain period of time. Usually you can see that happening at the start of a new day. How about if you consider the overall stat such as the "all time" CTR? 1-2% CTR should be normal.

 

That's already very high CTR.....
