    Looks fake, Moneybookers doesn't have a php script called "accept.php" on their web server. If you want to see if it's real, go check your account, but do it at the right site!

    its fake, and because u just copy and pasted the message here, the actual link wont show (if you hover over the links, they will go to some phising site).

    The server the phising site is hosted on is most likely owned by this guy, cause the abuse email is fake. (had the exact same message)
