He did not even wait until his due date before contacting Paypal for refund, how rude.

Has he even mentioned to anyone here on the forum that I had a death in my family on June 30th and the funeral was on July 3rd, or does this even matter?

 

I agree CReed. As I stated before, all of this could have been avoided and will be as soon as paypal releases the funds back to me, that is if ! Ask ! will apologize for jumping the gun. I will happily refund the money owed to him for articles not received. Oh, he also has to slander me as a writer and scammer all over the internet.

I was busy with family members. I have had two close deaths within the last 4 weeks. In addition, I emailed you on the June 17th and told you I was booked up until the end of the week.

Paypal disputes are a shot in the dark anything could happen, you could win but that doesn’t make what you did right.

I'd be careful in your dealings with Anita and Tim Johnston AKA "serenity" and "write4u.info" from Oklahoma. They recently attacked us. They seem to have alot of time on their hands and much vengence. Tread careful if you have any dealings with them.
